Re:d15b2

A d15b2 is a 4-1 style, just like the d16a6 si model. (NON precat style manifold) this wont work for a turbo setup.

Re:d15b2

What do you mean "Support turbo"

You can run a turbo on any honda D-series engine.

Bro, just use a CX manifold or something?
they are all pretty much the same.
HF and STD is where it's at...
or u can fork out mad cash for a gay Greedy Manifold or RevHard...

eh, he is located in the UK, so he is having a difficult time finding one.. cars over their have differnt engine codes, and differnt models.

Re:d15b2

yeah when i say support i mean is it easier to fit with means of an adapter plate other than having to weld or fabricate anything.... i like bolts welding isnt my speciality
while im here, anyone got a correct BHP figure for the d16a9?

Re:d15b2

D13/D14/D15/D16/D17 are all going to be the exact same in how you mount the turbocharger and how you will hook everything up. One is not easier than another. Unless one of them is using a DPFI/Carb setup.

Welding and fabrication is going to be a must in every project.

Re:d15b2

surely i can bolt the turbo to the manifold then use silicone charge pipes? or have i got this all planned out wrong in my messy tired head ::)

Re:d15b2

Well what are we talking here? using the HF/STD manifold? because their is no Factory Honda manifold that will bolt directly to ANY turbocharger period.. you will have to make a custom plate.

If you dont want to use a plate, you can get a custom manifold built, or buy one.

For the charge pipes, yes you can use silicone adapters to connect them. But you will have to make cuts on the pipes to make proper lengths. Also the downpipe is going to HAVE to be welded up, since it will all be custom.
