d15b2 in 1991 civic relay problem
i have a friend who put a d15b2 in his 91 civic which originally came with a d15b1. it was a bare block and tranny and he swapped all the harnesses and sensors from the b1 to the b2. the main relay by the drivers foot is like vibrating when the engine is turned over. he got a new one and tried it but with the same results. the engine isn't sparking but fuel is being squirted. there is also a solid cet. any suggestions?

Your main relay is fine if you are getting fuel.
Check cap, rotor, wires, ignition module, other ---- I can't think of but someone else will say.
I have no experience with ODB0 so don't bet any money on this...
But with OBD1 if you have a solid CEL then your ecu is probably fucked up, bad wiring, bad burn if it's chipped.
