d15b vtec in crx distributor problem

I have checked all my wiringand grounds a million times bought a new distributor my car will not start. When you crank it over it will want to start but for some reson i cant figure out why, some of the positive wires that are on the distributor are grounding out. I have my battery in the back of my car along with the relay so it wont hurt my battery. If i try to start it it will crank stutter then the power gets dim does that a few times then flips the relay off so i dont have any power to my whole car. If i unplug the bigger white wire from the yellow green wire on the distibutor it will crank over fine because th power is getting ground. I took a volt meter to thebigger white wire and it has some power coming out of it. And the yellow green wire has like 12v coming out of it too. Why would two power wires connect together. What ever it i withthose wire thats why my car wont start everything else is good. if you have any ideas why it would'nt start please help thanks

by the way its a 1990 crx DX with mpfi swap and obd-1 swap using boomslang fabrications harness that ran fine with a d15b7 in it.
