ok i got board here is a few quick picts i took. enjoy.


This is a D16z6, D16y7, D16y8 manifolds sitting next to each other.


This is the D16z6 manifold on its side


This is the D16y7 manifold on its side (god the runners are small as ----)


This is the D16y8 mani on its side. By far this is the best D series mani to boost with.

now lets compair the D16y8 to the B17a1 manifold.


The B17 and the D16y8 side by side. look at the runners.. the B is huge!


Here are the intake ports, the B is quite a bit bigger than the D. no wonder the B makes more power, it breathes a lot better. I bet if you had a custom mani and a ported head it would be close to the actual HP of the B.
