d- series and b-series manifolds
do all d-series motors have the same manifold flange
and do all b-series have the same flange. I did a search but found nothing. A friend asked me but I dont know ---- about hondas. |
Re:d- series and b-series manifolds
Your asking us yet you making manifolds? ;)
B-series manifolds should all work together.. b16/b18/b20 (not sure about the b20a though its gay) :) D-series pretty much all the same, the D16a1/ZC and some of the others will require slight porting. I would make them for the D16a6 and tell people they can port match them. Not sure if the new D17's are the same.. but to answer your question, no they dont interchange from B to D Jeff |

Re:d- series and b-series manifolds
actually I havent made a manifold for a honda (suprisingly), but I do make manifolds. ;D I built an equal length twin turbo manifold for a 250ci chevy inline six . that was my hardest one ever. thanks for the info guys.

Re:d- series and b-series manifolds
I'm going to start making turbo manifold equal length and log style. I have a friend at OTC, a vocational school, that has access to a plasma cutter, mig and tig welders and all the other fabrication goodies. anyone want one?
