Default curses, rod knock....

It's not really bad right now only once I go above 3k otherwise you can't hear it at all. This is in my daily driver. It's a boosted y7. Question is the engine still salvageable? I have some good z6 rods and pistons or am I ---- outta luck? If not can I just drop the pan and pull out the rods and swap the z6 setup in there? Help!!!!!!

If you replace the rod/main bearings the block is still salvageable but if you wait the bearings will spin ------- up the crank and possible the block.

The crank will ---- up if it spins the brearing back into its self, as long as the surface is good the crank is fine.
