Default CTR pulley, whats the real deal?

Is this thing gonna blow my oil pump gear to bits or is that bullshit? I converted my power steering and lost ac awhile ago, so i bought a ctr pulley for the b swap. Now i read all this ---- how my oil pump gear is gonna go boom. Is that only on built engines that arent all nice and balanced? I dont understand how honda would have used that pulley on a stock car if it was going to shread the oil pump gear on a pricey engine.

miles since the actual pulley has been on it? i have no idea, it's been on there for the last 3 years but motor was in my old drag car so it was never daily drivin. i would only get a trip permit and roll it to the track, rape the ---- out of it and roll it home.

Bottom ends need to be balanced with pulley. The problems are people slapping these on 120K motors that already need rebuilds.

Simple motors are supposed to be balanced. Taking a pulley from another motor isnt what your suppose to do. Now the reality is ---- it. Do you have alot of money to do a fully balanced bottom end screw it. I use to machine factory pullies to eliminate the ps ac section of the pulley. I had one my d15b for god knows how long 60,000 miles+. Zc for 60,000+. Have people had problems yes, have others no.
