I think i had the old dash out of my 91 rex in about 2 hours tops. Just keep your eyes open for hidden screws and bolts that's all. And when you pull on it and it still feels bolted, even if you can't see any it usually means there's still at least one in there somewhere lol

There are two or three screws that hold the wiring harness to the dash right behind the cluster an they are a bitch to get to. other than that its not that hard I can have a dash out in about a half hour but I work at a dealership.

i took out my heater core without removing the dash, but it was a pain in the ***. and i dont think id be able to get it back in without removing the dash.

a lot of people forget about the bolt up by the windsheild, theres one there, and its a pain in the *** to get to.

well i hooked the heater core back up and now its not leaking wtf? im guessing maybe last time seeing i pinched the copper tubing maybe when it got hot it would spray it on my firewall and just drip/run inside on my floor. i ran it for about 20 minutes and it didnt leak one bit, so thank god for that i guess ill find out forsure after a few boost pulls when i get a ls block.

i had my rex dash out in about an hour......luckily the car i was putting it into didnt have a windshield....so that screw that is a pain to get (up near the windshield) was a piece of cake....lol....then got the windshield in.....im just hoping i dont have to take it back out cause i know it wont be as easy....but be careful that you dont miss any screws and snap a piece of the dash off
