I have an sce copper head gasket sitting in my garage thickness, of 042, I used it once and did not seal because they said the head had to be o ringed I dont know what that is,the gasket is reusable, so I was reading this months HCI magazine article on that vw golf , team pci said all they did to make the gasket work is spray 3 coats of copper spray, on it, I dont know if they used aN SCE gasket but the surface looks the same.all I need to get is some copper spray. so do you think it will work for me?

glueing you headgasket to the block isnt going to fix its sealing problems. ring the damn thing and do it right.

 

thats the problem! there are no performance shop in Germany, if aint stock its not possible, I dont know where to go, I dont know how, they dont know how, lost,clueless,useless, Germany sucks!, I'M gonna retire here..

 

why not use a stock headgasket? what motor do you have? BTW i need some german license plates.....

lol make one dissapear i like it lol. Well as for the headgasket it is proberly the most important gasket on the car so you dont wantto screw it. if you can finda B16 block here in the state get it sent to golden eagle and then ship it to germany you could do it that way. Anyway what would shipping be to fort collins CO, 80525 USA and do you have sticker you have to put on them for regestration per year? it would be cool to have one of thoes. Ill give you $5 a plate + ship if there in premo condition.

 

hey rudeboy..they do o-rings here in the Netherlands.
Two friends of mine o-ringed there engine a few month's ago..it was like 150 euro's to do it.
Don't look for performace shops..look for automotive machine shops etc..
