Ouch, that sucks. I'd still run that fucker until it blows. ;)
How did the filter look? Any holes in it? __________________ Best Car Insurance | Auto Protection Today | FREE Trade-In Quote |

No holes in the Filter at all, nearly brand new

Re:Compressor wheel damaged(pics)
Any battle scars on the compressor housing? Maybe it's been scraping, broke a piece of the turbone off and it floated around there doing that damage :-\

Re:Compressor wheel damaged(pics)
No shaft play at all, no marks on compressor housing, this ---- is gay but i only took it off for this reason ;)

Re:Compressor wheel damaged(pics)
I bet that you had some stuff in your intake when you put the turbo on and turbo sucked it in only that one time.

Re:Compressor wheel damaged(pics)
stainless filters are crap; When dirt comes to one of them they escort it right into your intake; they dont put up any kind of fight.
btw; sell me your old turbo or at least the turbine housing :) |
Re:Compressor wheel damaged(pics)
