code 43

i put a h22 in my del sol, and now its thorwin code 43, which is fuel system supply, i put a new fuel filter in the car and its still running like ----, what can it be?

What kind of injectors are you running? saturated/hold and peak? Is it missing on a specific cylinder or is overall just running like ***?
