Default code 4

ok, i re boosted my d series civic ( i had the turbo off for a few months), so i put it back on and everything is going smoothly (running a chipped p28, crome, 450's, and about 6lbs of boost), and all of a sudden today it starts running and is misfiring. SO the CEL comes on and i figured it was the O2 sensor getting fouled out or something

So i pull the code, code 1 and 4, so primary 02 sensor and crankshaft position sensor, so i'm like wtf, maybe the misfire messed up the crank input or something. So i reset it, drive it, and now i just have code 4, CKF, and it still runs like hammered ----. I'm not really sure where to start diagnosing this problem. I find it higly unlikely that my sensor all of a sudden ***** the bed when i slap a turbo on it considering i didn't have to drop the pan or ---- with it in any way, plus the motor has 80k on it. Any ideas? Could it throw that code if it jumped a tooth?

ok, just read the honda service manual, says that a timing belt could cause the code. I also check the sensor at the ecu wiring and the resistance is within specification.

I reset the ecu agian, started it up and revved it up over 4k and it sounds fine If i were off a tooth would i still be able to rev above 4k? I'd just like to know before i go ripping the timing cover off otherwise i figure i may have a lose wire somewhere

figured it out, turns out the wire for the ckp sensor was barely attached on my OBD2->OBD1 conversion harness :P Guess it got bent when i put it in there and my friend must have kicked the kick panel today ------- it up. Little solder and it works mint. Almost pulled my hair out over this one
