im throwing a code 15. i just did an mpfi swap im running a pr4. i dont think any of the wires to the dist are wired wrong. car idols shitty as hell, realy spratic. but will rev finebut if i hold it at any specific rpm it runs like idoling it. any sugestions? is the dist bad?

 

changed ignitor still no luck

 

fucked with dizzy checked all wiring. wiring is fine i beleive unless theres somthing i cant see. orderd a new pm6 because i found one for cheep. any one have a working a6 dizzy (WORKING)

 

Could running a pr4 with the d16a6 distributor make me throw the code 15? or could it just be a bad ecu? i took the distributor apart and checked all the sensors swaped them with my d15b2 dizzys sensors (distributor worked fine) then cleaned everything out inside of it and changed the ignitor? so i think its in the harness or ecu. oh well ill continue posting on the progress just incase anyone else has this problem and i get it figured out

 

switched from pr4 ecu to pm 6, on the pr4 i had a code 43 code 9 and a code 15. on the pm6 all thoes codes are gone and i have a code 14, throttle response is weird. theres like a 1.5 second delay then it hits. i hear a buzzing noise from the ecu also. bad tps?

 

problem was that i used the wrong clip for the iacv. all fixed and ready for boost
