before you go and blow a few bucks on a new iacv, remove yours and check to see it its working, use some scrap wire from ur battery to the iacv and check to see if it opens and closes
Possibilities

1- if it doesnt work u need a new iacv

2- if its working ur ECU took a crap on you (dont worry it happened to me too) replace ecu

well since its a dx and I have no expierence where is it Im lookin around on the back of the manifold

Good advice. Ive personaly seen an ECU take a IACV dump.
