Buy a new headlight?

Or if it is condenstaion you are on about, then wait for the cloug to clear and then seal with silicone to keep the water out

put it in the over at low temp for 5 minutes and if it doesnt go away put it back in for 5 mins and pull the front glass off the housing and fix it

Get a very high grit wet sandpaper. Usually gets rid of most of it. But first try the paper on a simalar plastic to make sure it wont scratch.

is it cloudy cause it's plastic? or is it because you have condensation in it?

Its cloudy because its plastic and many years of wear...
