cleared all codes, still have a problem?

what up guys, i just took my b16 out of the rex for rebuild and dropped in an ls, it had a numerous amount of codes when i waspped it back out and i fixed them, but my problem is when i drive the car i have to drive it in 1/4 thotrrle for it to be smooth, if i go anymore then that, half or full the car sounds like its getting on it but hardly moves at all its actually slower then when goin 1/4 throttle, anyone have any idea what this could be?

You didnt touch the dizzy? that's what it soudns like to me. It's either timing or fuel and if you didnt touch anything timing is more likely.
