Default Cleaning HF mani

I just got a free HF exhaust mani from my friend.
The runners are really dirty and have lot of gunk in it.
I was wondering what is the best way to clean it out??

Or you can just let that carb cleaner soak in for 30 mins, cleaned off my pistons real good and everything in the head. including the multilayer carbon build up you get on exhausts ports. Key is spray to soak let sit and spray some more carb cleaner and keep repeating.
