Default Civic wont start

1993 civic ex... my mechanic came by and listened to it, and said it was the igniter that needed replaced so I replaced that tonight and it somewhat cranks over but wont fire.. I'm going to try to charge the battery since it sounds slightly sluggish but is there anything else I should check?

test your coil.
also, check the main relay. one 10mm bolt, pop the cap, look at the solder at the wire ends. if there is a tiny ring or line(barely visible), the solder has cracked. resolder them.
kragen tests ignitors

sounds dumb but my 94 hatch wouldn't fire or get fuel, and came to find out that someone had taken the fuse that stands alone on the interior fuse panel out. you can check that, but if your getting fuel probably not the problem.
