Avid mounts, Hasport engine harness conversion, ob2-obd1 harness, P28 ecu with your choice of engine management, or you could just go with the Stock ECU. But I'd go ahead and do the frankenstein H23A VTEC. Driveshaft shop axles, or the cheaper and junky-er Raxles. Pusher fan with a twin core radiator if your in the hot spots or intend of giving it hell. I personally own a H22A Eg hatch. Also get the AGX struts with progress H22civic springs.

I go t no problem for the ECU i want to let it OBD-II, but if i'm converting it to OBD-I, i got Crome pro anyway for my other car so it is not a problem and i got some spare OBD-I ECU! But it is possible to just plug the OBD-II ecu into the civic wiring harness ?

Hey you $2 -----, I gave him correct info, you playing like "man thats for reeeiotch people" let cracker let me start off by saying "1" I know WTF I'm talking about "2" where are you going to get a ------ set of axles, mounts, and a ECU for $375 that will last more than 5000miles, I went that route and kept breaking the inner hub, those are cheap and I do not go for budget, I go for quality and all out performance, so suck HOTREX's nut off again, then swallow and realize how salty you make your life in everyone's views. Your $0.02 dont mean ---- to me, what are you running, I'm running H22A Turbo fully built, and your sporting what again.

Also I never heard of a H23 OBD2 non VEETAC, a H23A is obd1, H22A is obd1, H22A4 is OBD2, so the ECU can be ran but at what cost of performance, most wires wont match up with out a OBD harness or a HaSport EKH2 harness.
