i have 2 code one is for Engine coolant temp and the other is TPS i use a test light and test the ECT it has no power but the TPS does i also switch a new tps from a friend car and it still doing the same thing i also use a volt meter to check the middle wire it said 4.95 that close and WOT it doesnt move so what can i do now ? thank

I would check your map sensor along with the tps just because they have similar plug style. Also try another known working ECT sensor to see if that fixes your other problem.

i found out wat happen some reason i have a short so the ground have power so i cut the ground n ground it to the chassi and the cel went away but now it throwing me a intake temp ! something is diffrenly wrong with my wire harness or the obd2 - obd1 harness when i had my sohc it never gave me any proplem
