car runs like a bag of ----, need some help

just got the car back together after sitting for a bit. Never had this issue before though when i was racing it last summer. When the car is cold, i can get it into boost (5psi, running off spring pressure right now, tru-boost ebc turned off) and it pulls fine and boost alright, afrs are in the 11-9-12.4 range. as soon as the car hits 180 degrees on the gauge, ---- gets sour.
the car will bog, sputter, it has a hard time getting going and it lurches. if i come to a stop when this is happening and try and get it moving its an absolute nightmare, it bucks and kicks like no tomorrow. The AFR's peg hard lean if i give it any amount of throttle and that wont change. if i back off the throttle it will richen up but any sort of modulation of the throttle pedal makes the car get angry.
the electrical portion of the ignition switch was fucked so i replaced that, thinking possibly that i had a cracked contact in the switch which was causing it the intermittently power down and turn on, that wasnt it.
went through and checked/repaired a couple of loose connectors in the dizzy that clipped to the ignitor, replaced the ignitor, no change.
plugs, plug wires, cap, rotor were all changed less than a year ago.
anyone run into any similar situations, im ripping my hair out trying to figure this out. im so sick of this thing.
