I ran into a very lean condition 1300degrees at 30mph,and now my cars idling very low.think I caused severe damage or could it be something else also what should normal temp be for B16A2 for highway driving not in boost 900 - 1100

 

compression test it.

 

comp check, check yer t-stat and coolant lines, maybe you have a small leak possibly?
