can't get my h23 to start?

hello, I have a 94 prelude with an h23, blew the ringlands in the block. and the car sat for 2 years. by the way its turbo with afc hack and 450 injectors. So I put the motor back together and ready to fire it up, it cranks over but won't fire. I have spark, I have fuel. I checked timing and it seems right, but the car won't start. I tested the injector box and it checks out ok. I did put some fresh gas in the car, but there was still an 1/8th tank of old gas. When i pull The plugs they are really wet with fuel like the car is flooding out. I have my afc set at -30 across the board. Could the injectors be stuck open? Iam running out of ideas. anybody have any thouhgt that could help me out? Thanks Ray

are you sure you have compression?

yea I have compression, but its low, I have around 125. I thought I could have gotten away with a hone job. but I should have bored it out.

that should be enough compression for it to run i mean i ran mine at 25 for a couple hours but it wouldn't idle under about 4000

but i would double check your timing

Also check the fireing order and make shure u have it right. I know it sounds stupid but I know full blown machanix that have gotten tunnel vision and overlooked somthing simple like that. Then take out the plugs if they are really wet and just let the moter dry up some put new plugs back in and give it a shot. I fought with a flooded moter for 2 hrs before I thought I was gona ------- EXPLODE!!! :7 I walked away for a 30 min. with the plugs out put new ones in and fired right up. If all eles fails pull the afc off and fire it up and see if that dose it. LMK

I checked timming everything is fine, but car seems like it is flooding it self out, so I pinch the fuel line shut and spray some starting fluid in the TB. It somewhat fired up. I had to hang on the starter to get it going but than ran a little than die off. Than I took the vise grips off the fuel line and tried to start but nothing, smelled strong like gas. plugs are all wet. Than I checked the injectors with a 9v battery they all clicked and you could blow threw them. so the injectors seem to be working. but the car still seems to flood it self out. ??? so now Iam not really sure what to look for.

check to make sure your injectors are sticking open when you try to start it.

Is there a way to test them while there in the car to see sticking open? also going to drain out all the stale gas from the tank. before I just put some new fuel with the old.

just have someone turn it over and stand up there to make sure they are clicking

got it running on its own, got a map sensor code. idle is really rough. and when you even think about giving it gas it shuts off. Can u you test the map sensor or just replace it. because i really would like to know what it wrong so I don't piss money away on parts that I don't need.
