or you could just trace the lines back to where the come from and loop them, but you need to do it right if they're the high pressure lines

remove p/s entirely(pump, brackets, lines and cooler), remove all the lines and loop them on the rack.

oh...
well in that case I would do it right under the drivers side engine mount and forget about the cooler
