Burning oil

Hey guys I have a 95 Civic with a b16a. Its burning oil. i did a compression test with mahciv today and got 190 185 175 180. I believe perfect is 184; not sure. When driving at low RPMS theres no smoke, but up at and near VTEC I can see almost a cloud of smoke behind me. There is a check engine light that comes on but I don't know how to tell waht it is; dont know if its related. Im guessing its either the valve seals, piston rings, or headgasket. No clue which it is

Re:Burning oil

sounds like valve seals.

Re:Burning oil

Jump the service pin near the ecu and check the code for us. Should have asked someone to do this at the install.

Re:Burning oil

very possible... valve seals

or your valves could be floating... but the seals are the cheapest/first thing i would try
