building my own exhaust need muffler opinions
the plan is a high flow cat from ebay, 2.5" with no resonator and one of the top mufflers, cost is an issue but i would rather spend dough than sound gay. I hate the ricy two stroke loud fartcans but i dont want to sound like a full blown muscle car either, i just want a deep tone thats not tooo loud
the setup is going to be a d16y8 with a 14b and stock boost shooting for around 170-180whp, feel free to add some tips as this is going to be my first welding project, getting ready to order stuff and build this ---- in two weeks after finals

i say no muff 
that's how i roll, sounds like that k24 hatch in the NW street racing vid. pure beast. the only shitty part is at 2.5-6k i guess my "torque curve" makes my exhaust sound like vtec.. like seriously, i can be giving it 10% throttle in 5th gear..
burrrrrrAHHHHurrrrr.....
1k 2k 2.5 3k 4k....

I think the summit turbo muffler is your best choice
or buy my fart can lol :P

All depends on how loud you want it...the "turbo" style mufflers are pretty quiet. I just can't see justifying spending all that dough on a real deal N1...besides, they scream spoiled rich ricer to me
