Building a 1.5-1.6 hybrid
 

im thinkin about ------ around with this motor its a cx 8 valve 1.5l and i know someone who has a 1.6 non vtec is it worth doing a hybrid >:D even if its not vtec or should i just do it?

cx8 valve heads = junk

worth more in scrap metal


the 16 valve heads flow better, so worth it? depends on what you have available and what not. mini-mes have been done plenty

Go with the 1.6 if your boy has the whole bottom end ^-^
