breaking in new motor how to?

i plan on my motor being finished by december, and i dont want to waste time tuning and ---- n/a so im building the motor throwing on my turbo and using crome pro. i read this http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm but how do i tune it before i go full throttle launching?? this will be my first time tuning and i want to break the engine in right. its a y7 z6 low compression with t3/t4oe.

should i just make the best basemap i can wait for it to warm up and just keep an eye on the wideband?

find some one with a simalar setup and get there map. use that as a basmap and work on it from there.
