Default Brakes suck, help.

First, keep in mind that everything in my brake system worked 100% normally before I started all this.

95 SI, 4 wheel disc

So yesterday I decided to swap my rear pads, i could hear what i thought to be the little squealers at the end of a dead set of pads.

After tearing into it i find instead that both calipers are locked up harder than hotrex with a cockpump and 6 syringes of his favorite roid.

So I replace the calipers...

As I am bleeding the brakes, I notice my brake fluid is almost foam (lots of air) and then the front right brakeline bursts. Turns out one of the mount tabs for the rubber hose was not in place, so it was rubbing metal. So today I replace that. I rebleed the brakes and was getting no air, and the pedal seemed to feel good. But as soon as I start the car I get like 3/4 dead pedal.

I dunno wtf is up now. Is there just a buttload of air in the system still way up in there I need to work out?

Other ideas?

Front right Rear right
4 1

2 3
Front left Rear left
yeah it builds pressure up as you pump...

i am guessing i just quit too early on the bleeding. back at it tomorrow I suppose.

btw jago...the order seems off...ive been told farthest away from Master and work toward it

1. passenger rear
2. driver rear
3. passenger front
4. driver front

Ah, do it the ol' way, Top up the cylinder REALLY full, crack you bleeders, come back in an hour!

Never done it this way, but from readin it works the best with the biggest mess!!!!

I have a vacuum bleeder, the handpump style (kinda like hotrex's pump, just of a different nature) and I still find manual bleeding with a hose, and bottle of fluid mouted higher then the bleeder is the best way
