yep, used the plastic fittings with the clear hose submerged in fluid in the resiv. and pumped it slowly until there were no bubbles.

Ive experienced a car whose engine was hydrolocked, replaced, and then exibted the symptoms your describing because the booster was full of water. That was one car and I dont think yours is such an issue.

Gonna have to agree with bone on this one, worn wheel bearing is far more likely than anything else if you dont have any fluid leakage at any point in the system.

the only thing with that... would a bad wheel bearing cause this issue when the car is stationary?

my front left wheel bearing is pretty bad, but i dont see how it would affect the pedal pressure at a standstill. although, i did bleed the entire system again today and still the same issue. but i noticed the front left pads did not have the same amount of contact the front rights did. the driver side had about an 1/16"of a gap between pad and rotor while the passenger side had full contact. i'll replace the bearing and make an update.

is the problem the 1st time when its' stationary, then fine every time after until you move it? then yes.

Your bad bearings allow your rotor to wobble more and push the pads in further on that caliper. Your pedal feel is lost as you take up that space.

Bone already explained this to you.

the pedal will hold pressure when the engine is off.

i'll start the engine, the first pump will go to the floor, the 2nd is better, but not much. the 3rd pump is normal. after i let off the pedal and let the pressure build back up in the master for a second or 2, the same thing will happen without moving.

but when i push the pedal fully at a standstill the car moves like up or forward, i cant tell if its the momentum force of my foot pushing the pedal, or the caliper squeezing the rotor straight.

maybe this helps:
back to the beggining, during the 1st pump while driving, i can feel the front left and right rear grab(the *** end goes right). during the 2nd and 3rd pump, always normal.
