This is a dumb question but what are the metal brake retainers professionally called? I need to know because mine are so warped and fucked up I can't fit new pads in my calipers and I want to order a new set of them. I think they're called retainer springs or something like that?

 

bah just as I figured, they're called retainers. And I doubt any hardware store has a clue when I call to ask for them.
