brake lights

brake lights
my brake lights don't work in my 88 Honda Civic DX Hatchback. Possibilities ruled out so far are:
fuse: it doesn't look blown and the instrument lights work
bulbs: both filiments work on both bulbs and on top bulb
switch: I get a reading on an ohmeter.
this leaves wiring to blame, which is a big problem. anybody have any diagrams or pictures of where the wires run for the brake lights?
are there any other possibilites?

Re:brake lights
i dont have a diagram but the harness runs on the passenger side quarter interior panel then turns behind the seat kind of along the rear cargo box thing or back seat (civic) over the tunnel under the e brake wires and along the rocker panel drivers side if you pull up the plastic entry sill you will see hard lines and then a long plastic square loom the wirings inside then from there it goes up to i believe a yellow plug above the fuse box and one harness into the fuse box and another up above under the dash above the drivers side a/c vent now thats from my own experience on my own 88 crx i hope this helps

Re:brake lights
thanks for the help, I had just looked at the fuses in the car, and when I finally got around to looking at the under hood fuses 2 were blown, so now I have horn, brake lights and rear window defroster.
