Default Brake Light Failure

A while ago I was going over some bumpy terrain in my crx and after a particularly large bump my brake light came on solid and my seat belt light started flashing whenever the brake pedal was depressed while in motion. When I come to a stop with the brake depressed, it stays this way. If I let off the brake while still at a stop and then re-apply the pedal; only the brake light comes on (in the dash) The seatbelt light does not flash. The main issue is that my actual brake lights do not come on any more either and I can't run at el track without them. I searched and am just wondering if anyone has seen this problem before. Just today the brake came on solid and the seatbelt light began flashing without the brakes depressed and they haven't stopped. It has been going on for about two years. No cop has even noticed. I guess when both lights are out, it is more obvious.
