block off flange

I need a block off plate for an obx turbo manifold, I was looking for a manifold for an internally wastegated turbo, but could not find one, so I bought an obx stainless steel mandrel bent one off ebay $350, but now I need to block the wastegate flange off, I'm out of country in Germany, so can you help with info,or parts, also down pipe info for a garrett airresearch t3, on a b16, in a 95 civic.
