biggest slicks without rubbing?
I need a set of slicks, I searched through our slick threads but they werent much help. I dont want to use spacers, and i'm not modifying my fenders. What would be the best size slick? I expect to make somewhere between 350-400hp, I have stock brakes so I can use 13" or 14" wheel. will 23" slicks rub? and how wide can I go before running into problems?

Re: biggest slicks without rubbing?
24.5 might have to trim a little. 23's go on witout any problems
with a big tire like a 24 expect to snap stock axles with a real mans launch |
Re: biggest slicks without rubbing?
idk if it helps but i've ran a 94 si with stock springs, koni yellows on lowest perch height and 205/60/14 hoosiers with out rubbing at autox events.

Re: biggest slicks without rubbing?
I had 23 inch slicks and they didn't rub at all. It was a 95 ex coupe on H&R sports springs that lowered it 1.8 in the front and 1.6 in the rear. The wheels were 13x8 and I had to use spacers to clear the ex brakes.
