big troubles maybe....help...88-91 civic

Default big troubles maybe....help...88-91 civic
my son was messing with his car and he jumped the blue service connector with a paper clip...trying to check codes i think. then he started to turn the car over...and POP... IT SOUNDED LIKE A FUSE BLOWING..is there a fuse for this? or what the hell happened?

Defenatley blew some kinda fuse. Gonna hafta check em all, if its not a fuse, mighta fried the ECU
