I take some carb choke cleaner, and cut a slit in a rubber cap thats about 3/8 diamiter, then I put the straw that comes with the can of cleaner through the cap, and slide it onto the end of the injector. (the end that goes into the fuel rail) then i get some small jumpers and hook them up to a battery charger and just tap them to the injector while I press down on the spray nozzle. your injector will now shoot the cleaner threw your injector.
