Default Beefing up a d15 block

Any suggestion on beefing up a d15 block??
b16 rods? vx rods and pistons??
what needs to be done to make these rods work??
whats brushing?
any help would be appericated

true true go on bay u can find d16y7's with low miles, i got mine shiped for 250 look for a "big" provin junk yard that is a business selling on ebay(less chance of getting ripped off ) and it came with a 6 month warrenty

OK I'D USE SRP FOGED PISTONS,EAGLE RODS,GET THE BLOCK SLEEVED AND A GOOD PORT AND POLISH AND A SET OF CRANE CAMS
I'D USE A T3/T4 TURBO AND A CUSTOM MANIFOLD RUN A NICE AMOUNT OF BOOST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MPFI ON THE ENGINE AND I TUNE IT WITH GETTODYNE ON A SI ECU
