Re:Bad sensor??
i reset the ecu and turned it on and it throws a code 4 which is crank angle sensor and misfires like crazy,, is that sensor in the dizzy or the one thats next to it on the exhaust cam.

Re:Bad sensor??
there is a good chance that the 3 sensors i got are bad becuase they are junkyard. But what else could be wrong,, i rewired the sensor directly to the ecu meaning that the wiring is good, so to my knowlege it comes down to either the ecu or the sensor,,, i want to make sure its the sensor because its like 160$. Anyone have input.

Re:Bad sensor??
why dont you just get a rebuilt distributor? the crank angle sensor is on the distributor(at least it is on crx's, should be on yours too). i paid like $150 for a rebuilt distributor from autozone with a lifetime warranty. my crank angle sensor ended up getting fucked up and kept giving me check engine lights. i returned the distributor to autozone, they gave me a new one, and then i didn't have problems with it anymore.

Re:Bad sensor??
4 out of 4 sensors are bad? sounds like a long shot. I'd bet on wiring. maybe you have to change some wires around???
