I am working on a b20 vtec project and i am wondering what sized injectors would be ok for the engine...I will be running approxiamtely 10.8 compression, stock 1 gen b16a cams, b16a head, skunk 2 intake manifold....I was thinking maybe 270 injectors from rc? If anyone could give me some insight to this it would help, this is being built for all motor not turbo. thanx alot for ur help.

If you bump up the fuel pressure the stock 240s are good for 200whp. With the list of your mods your not even there though.

yeah i wont be there but it will be damn better than the b16 i have...I am building the b20vtec for all motor, and i will be using the pr3 ecu..I am probably going to be using the ctr cams intake and exhaust...I am also going to use forged rods and pistons to bump up the compression.. with the ctr cams up top i am worried about piston to valve clearance, jeff i was wondering if u ever had any issues with the clearance werent u running itr cams in the crvtec, or not...thanx for all ur help.

Hmm, I only ran GSR cams in my crvtec, if your running aftermarket pistons why are you worried about valve clearence? Get some "known" pistons that work with crvtecs like rollerwaves

Thanx jeff that is a great link, like I've said before u are the man I cant wait to get this together i have the b20b block. I am still researching what pistons and rods i will be using..i like to do alot of research on stuff like this before just buying shitty products...As for the rods on this application what would u suggest, i have heard many things from differnt people. what is ur suggestion? that link is great i will defintely be giving them my business. As for the oil pump i know i can use the b20 pump since it same as b18c5...I think it should be pretty quick for the mild build i will do on it, and then i would like to spray it maybe a 50 or 75 shot, that should get the times down pretty low...thanx again for ur help.

Be very careful on spraying that b20, even with good internals, the b20 sleeves are so god damn weak, they will crack just as fast as you hit your Nos switch.

This is T.O.O's write up on his built 2.0l, this is like way overkill sleeved etc etc and all the hot ----, but check out the link its great for a mild stiffy and could give you a few ideas.

Jeff i appreciate the info it helps alot with the buildup i am wary of the cylinder walls, but i will try the all motor approach and take it easy on nitrous.. And that link to the b20 buildup got me hottttttt, and bothered...mmmm good stuff there.. but I will hopefully be posting some pics of the build when it is done, and i will post in here..As for contcting endyn i can just give them a call and i can tell them what i am doing and they can set me up? Seriously becarful about the sleeves, I personally know 2 all motor b20's with the juice that died just like mine.

You'll want more then just the pr3 controlling your motor.. the b20 is a fuel hungry beast. a pr3 will run it lean. with high compression 10.8 thats the LAST thing you want.

Ya I missed reading that in your thread.. however if you go with say the 270's or 290's the PR3 would probably be ok.
