B18a1(obd1) into eh2

It's a obd1(93) engine but was pulled from a auto LS. Now my questions are the following.
-Axles- am I able to use the LS axles/ int. shft ,or do I need the gsr axles/int shft? Also are the manual and auto axles different too?
-Clutch/Flywheel-Am I able to use any B-series clutch flywheel or does it need to be B18a/b only?
-I was originally going to go with a cable b16 tranny but then for the price of of the hydro/cable conv it comes out to be the same if not more then a hydro tranny.
Also, are the 90-91 clutch/flywheels different from the 92-93 on the b18a1's?
Man I feel like such a noob asking this ---- since I'm totally new to b-series ----. :-\

Ok I got my hydro gsr tranny but now I started tearing down my ls to install my eagle rods and srp pistons and notice that my gsr driver side engine bracket that the mount attaches to won't work with my a1. >:( Are there different gsr brackets cause I need a 3 hole bracket since the one I have only has 2 holes.

ok to answer your questions.

Axles - they are diffent slightly but they do work the same. the innermidiate shaft is differnt on a 5 speed cuz they have a lip where as the autos do not causing line up problems.

clutch/flywheel - you can use almost any flywheel they are all almost identical as long as they are B-series, as far as the clutch disk goes you have to use the one accordingly to your transmission.

90/91 = different than 92/93 although i have seen some people use the 92/93 disk while others havent been able to. prolly just confusions in what year trans they had though.

as far as your cable vs. hydro theory goes, in my personal opinion i prefer cable its eisier to maintain, and you can adjust how hard or soft you want your clutch to grab on the fly (this is really nice if you use a 6-puck clutch) because you can set it to your confort zone. :)

hope this helps.

So are there different GSR driver side engine mounts. THe one I have a 2 hole on the bracket while the LS has a 3 hole configuration. >:( >:(
