Are you going to go OBD0 or OBD1? Do you have Integra Front Discs for the stock Integra Axles?

you dont need LS front discs, just get Si hubs.

you are going to need a camber kit to use the LS knuckles, and i believe you have to notch you inner fender so your upper ctr arms hit it with the LS knuckles

IMO an 8lb flywheel is too light for street use on an LS. I absolutely love my 11lb on mine.

have fun with the swap, i have an LS in my 91 hatch and its great. light car + torque = smokey burnouts

Which are the same damn things as the DX hbs he already has.

Camber kits will take care of camber problems, but do nothing for castor problems, and the fact that the DA/EF spindle is designed for a completely different rear crossmember that places LCA inner mount 1/4" forward of stock and the fact that the front crossmember/radius rod logistics are completely alien assures you that dynamic operation is incorrect and therefore inferior.

You want fancy brakes? 90-91 EX spindles are easy, and come with the 10.3" "Integra brakes." Cobbling 11" Corrado rotors and Accord wagon calipers on at that point is child's play.

BTW, even if he did run the DA knuckles, they do not hit the fender wells unless the car is lowered ignorantly.

I think you're overcomplicating things here. I hung dead even with 474 whp 03 Cobra in my LS/CRX, with 200 lbs of tools, a broken microwave, and two fullsize spares in the back. On a .60/.63 T3 off a Merkur, at single digit boost. Not even close to what a stock LS can take.

You will have 1000 traction problems - that will be your most expensive part of your build by far, shoring up your suspension and keeping tires on the car - before you run into the needing more power problem.

Parts list:
B18A1
S1, J1, A1, or YS1 Transmission
GSR Clutch Kit
ACT Ultra-light Flywheel (8lbs)
Stock B18 AxelsGet the 92-93 YS1 out of the GS-R and 92+ flywheel, or a 92-93 LS box. It's gears/synchros and diff are related to the B16 and LS hydro boxes, it uses the more fluent big spline transmission, and has steel shift forks unlike the 90-91 LS stuffs.

Save a buck and skip the flywheel. They give gains, but not as much as merely turning up the boost will give you. You can spend a million dollars on all sorts of add ons, but at the end of the day your weakest link is still your weakest link and you can't band-aid that fact with a flywheel. Worry about traction, and then knocklimit when you reach it, instead of going for single percent gains in performance at a steep price.
