Re:b18a block
Dude, when you put a F22 head on a B18 block, it hauls ass. Don't worry about what everyone says, it will work, they just don't know it. Now get out there and show em' it will work...... ;D

Re:b18a block
yeah bud, the F22 head is a straight foreweard swap, and I've heard of a few guy's getting 310 horse to the wheel's stock.

Re:b18a block
hydro,
The F22 head is bar none the best al motor head. It flows like a mottherfucker. And, install is realy simple. It bolts on for the most part, but for best performance, follow these steps: 1)drill a 3/4" hole on each side of the cylinder head 2) drill a 3/4" hole on each side of the oil pan 3) buy 4 valve cover breathers from Summit Racing 4) attach the breathers to these holes These help cool down the oil and pressurize the oil flow. This keeps the F22 head from getting oil starvation. This setup netted a 36 horsepower increase on the dyno at my firends shop. You are on your way to a great all motor engine. This would also work on the b18 head too. Ben |
Re:b18a block

Re:b18a block
F22 heads have great flow patterns, I think Ericks racing was developing some pretty trick racing valves for this head. That is what they are using on their B18 Integra that runs low 10's (fastest all motor FWD honda in the world)
