Minor Threat

I have a question for the small majority of the members here who run B-series engines in EF chassies. I can't see too many people shelling out the 200 odd dollars for pre-made mounts, so I'm hoping someone who's either modified stock mounts to work or made their own from scratch will chime in and lend me a hand.

Is it worth buying pre-made engine mounts for the swap, or should I try and fabricate my own?

Any tips, comments, suggestions, links, etc. would be great.

The price of EF mounts for B-series swaps are so cheap nowadays its better off just buying a premade set. You can get sets on ebay for 140 bucks brand new. Its up to you if you want to make your own, how much is your time worth? Plus majority of the mounts on the market are just ripoff designs from other mount companys so you know they are all setup perfect... meaning, you know axles/placement etc will all be good.
