hahaha, I was asking this same ---- about a b16 a few months ago. nobody is going to do a full write up on it. buy a manual and follow the engine removal and install procedures and you'll learn ---- as you go. if you get a 90-91 b18 you won't have to worry about obd conversions. I don't know exactly what year they started making the b18s with the hydro tranny, but if you get one with a hydro tranny you'll have to convert your car and I think hasport is the only company selling a kit for it. If you have a dx or std civic or crx you'll have to worry about the dpfi-mpfi conversion (which I did last night) and it's not that big of a deal, just pm me for a quick and easy write up and if you ---- it up then I can't help you because I'm not an expert.

it sounds like you've got some learning to do, but it can be done, just look at me, I've only been working on my swap for 4 weeks and it's almost running!!!!!!!!!1 haha

damn kyle, 4 wks! my first swap only took two days, and i thought that was too long. even if you get a newer b18 with a hydro tranny, all you would have to do is swap it out with a cable tranny. what kyle said was true about following a manuals instructions for removal/installation, that's what i did, and you will learn a lot in the process. when i did mine, i was scared to try it at first, but once i got going, everything comes to ya ;) good luck.

me and one friend got the old engine removed, and the new engine installed in 4 days, I've spent the other 3.5 weeks making things work, like getting the right distributor and axles and exhaust pipe extentions to fit the header.

Always the case isn't it. Nothing goes as planned. :/

nope, not a damn thing went as planned, maybe if I had a plan things would work. if it wasn't for onyx my car would have never ran (read my post about my b16) I'd still be looking for the parts he sent me.
