Default B16A2 -> B18A1

I was looking into it and i was thinking about after market pistons and rods for my b18. i stumbled across an article about how the b16a2 has a 1.74:1 rod ratio compairied to the b18A1's 1.54:1 they have the same bore but the stroke is shorter (77 for the b16 and 89 for the b1. i was wondering if putting aftermarket b16 rods and pistons would be better then going with the b18 aftermarket rods and pistons. Also whot would happen if i did.

im guessing that the deck height is alot taller on the b18 as well, so i am guessing you'd drop the compression de-stroking the b18 like that.

it would drasticlly drop the compression, you dont want to do that, aftermarket b18 rods will be just as strong as aftermarket b16 rods....
