b16a1 swap into 89 crx dx...how hard??

sorry i was to lazy to look for a thread about this..but
i was just wondering whats everything needed to do the swap.
its basicaly just like swappin it into an si..mounts shiftlinkage etc.....besides the dual point wiring conversion to multipoint...but i heard u have to change the hubs on the dx to si's to fit the b-series axles..or can you just buy some custom axles...let me know if i'm missing anything

hahaha, nobody here likes laziness, especially jeff.

I hate you because you're a noob and you are asking dumb questions, so I'll answer a few of them for you: you don't need new hubs on the dx, just the hf and std, and no, custom axles won't avoid that problem, sometimes you even need custom axles with the correct hubs. now do a damn search.

Pissed you off... lets see the headaches I've gone threw the last three months with my HB. Oh by the way do a search you'll find plenty off stuff... anyway. First mine is a 91' Dx HB so I had to convert to MPFI when I put my ZC in.. Finally after 3 months of wiring problems fixed. Had the ZC going threw dizzy's like it enjoyed it for about 2 years. Finally get a turbo kit and put it on my ZC and the damn things drops a valve blows the whole motor to crap. Next I get my hand on a OBD1 B16 and switch it over to OBD0. Nothing went the way it was suppose to during the day of the swap but in the matter of 4 hours I had it in and running ( not all that great but running ).
Next after getting it running I get a bad mis-fire and the bitch won't throw codes. Well I think ShadowRex and I have fixed it finally and it's been running good since I fixed it last night but we'll see. Damn the thing has given me such a headache for the last three months but when you get everything running right it's great.

ya, that kinda sucks, it's probably going to take me a few days for my swap, maybe I'll do something right during that time.
