can i put gsr cams and pistons and a p72 to get the same effet as a b16b or civic type r yes or no or waste of time ??? ??? ???

I think that the CTR cams are alot more aggressive profile than the gsr.

You're thinking backwards on the b16b deal...b16b's are destroked b18c5's (b18c in japanland) so they have the same block and deck height as the type-r engine but with different length stroke. You can't swap any b18 crank and rods into a b16a block, they'll stick above the deck. Only crank and rods you can put in the b16a/3/2 block is from the b17 engine, as it starts life as a b16 block and head with different rod, crank, and piston height (cc height that is, deck height is the same from p61's to pr3's and pr4's).

how much i gotta fully bilt singlecam mini me built for turbo and was tuned with 391 hp i wanna say 318 torque ill trade
