Default B series tranny question

I need a cable b series transmission for a b18a motor into a crx. I'm pretty sure any b series tranny will work but I just want to make certain before I get it.
Correct me if I'm wrong
I can use the following:
90-93 Integra cable tranny with the half shaft and 90-93 integra axles
any cable tranny from a b16 motor with the half shaft and 90-93 integra axles

Also, are there clutch/flywheel differences i should know about?
Any pointers as far as what tranny gearing is better?
Thanks for any advice.

b16 tranny is a lot closer gear ratio than a ls integra tranny, if its going to stay all motor try to go b16 cable tranny, only downside is high rpm driving on the highway, if its ever going to be boosted, i would go with the integra ls cable tranny 90-93, and you use 90-93 integra axles on either set-up the taller ls gears can be beneficial with boost...
