Axle Compatabilty
Can you use 92-95 D-series axle on a 90 Hatch?

Re:Axle Compatabilty
i'm gunna say no.
If a 92-95 civic w/ a itr motor uses itr axles. and u swap a b18c5 into a rex you "would" be able to use itr axles, which we know you can't. 92-95 d axles = same overall length of b axles. = not fit EF ? thats my .02 |
Re:Axle Compatabilty
Really? i thought they were still the unequal lengths were b-series use equal.
Looking at ebay pics they look exactly the same |

I really dont know if you can or not though |
Re:Axle Compatabilty
No I don't have them, Spoon Fed is trading me some cash with enough axle parts to make 2 good one, the thing is some parts are from 92-95, some are from 88-91.

Re:Axle Compatabilty
I just put a 90 hatch drive shaft into a 92 hatch... the long one. Fit fine. If you think about it, the tranny's are the same, the only difference would be on the a-arm side... BUt it fits fine.
